We make every effort to ensure that, at the time of publishing, the information provided by (and the workings of) the KiwiSaver fund finder are accurate and reliable. However, the tool uses data that KiwiSaver scheme providers have published and made publicly available as required by law. We use this data as-is, and cannot guarantee its accuracy or reliability.

If (despite the disclaimers and exclusions above) we are held to have some liability to you for any reason, then our total liability to you in connection with the KiwiSaver fund finder tool will not exceed $50.

From time to time we may change these terms and conditions, including the terms in ‘Your privacy’ below, by publishing new terms and conditions on this page. We won’t need to give you separate notice of any change, and any change will take effect from the time it is first displayed until and unless it is changed again.
Web measurement tools
Our web measurement tools cannot identify the individuals using Sorted’s KiwiSaver fund finder. They are used to tell us how many people are using the tool and which pages are visited.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies. Cookies are files that a website transfers to your computer for administrative purposes (for example, keeping track of the options that you select as you navigate through the KiwiSaver fund finder) so that the website can present you with information based on your selections. Our cookies do not identify you personally, but do identify your computer.
The KiwiSaver fund finder uses device-specific cookies to store those funds that you have placed on your watchlist. You can use the KiwiSaver fund finder without supplying any personal information. However, if you choose to register for alerts you will need to provide your email address.
Your email address is kept in a database that is managed by Signify and used in emails sent by the Commission for Financial Capability. We will not disclose your email address or share it with any other party.
Any personal information we collect from you in relation to the KiwiSaver fund finder will be subject to the Privacy Act 1993, including your rights to access and correct that information in accordance with Principle 6 and Principle 7 of that Act, as explained below.
